Mons Peak IX products come with full satisfaction money back guarantee. All purchases can be returned back within 30 days after received by the customer. The product received back by Mons Peak IX should be in a new, unused, unaltered, complete and resaleable condition (all tags, labels, kit components intact, and “not pitched outdoors”).
To start your return, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with "RMA Refund Request" in the subject line and proof of purchase for items to be returned. Once we issue an RMA, please write the RMA # on the Shipping Label and also print and include RMA # inside the shipping box with the products being returned to not delay the processing of your refunds.
Please do not send your purchase back without an RMA, it will be refused and Mons Peak IX is not responsible for your packages.
Upon successful receipt and inspection of the returned goods a full refund of the Net Purchase Price less Shipping, Handling and Restocking costs will be applied to your original method of payment.

The above calculations apply for originally standard shipped orders only. Higher deduction rates prevail if original orders were shipped non-standard.
Returns Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. We strongly recommend you should consider using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We will not refund damaged or unreceived returned items.
