Mons Peak IX Limited Lifetime Warranty Repairs

Mons Peak IX tents are intelligently designed, engineered and fabricated by skilled technicians with the highest quality components and come with a 3-years product lifetime warranty against defects of materials and craftsmanship from the date of purchase.

Any product failure or defect covered under the warranty will be repaired or replaced at Mons Peak IX discretion. This warranty applies only to the original owner, original product, when the product is used for intended purpose and proof of purchase is required.

This warranty does not apply to natural wear, tear and breakage from normal use, natural UV fading of colors, breakdown of waterproof coatings, storage damage, abrasions/scuffing, accidents, improper care or use, or product with any modifications or alterations.

Mons Peak IX is not liable for any direct or indirect or consequential damages arising out of resulting from the use of Mons Peak IX products. The warranties set forth in these terms and conditions are in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, including without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Mons Peak IX's maximum liability is limited to incidental damages not to exceed the original purchase price of the product including the option of repair or replace the product.

Mons Peak IX does not offer any warranty on

  • DAC poles
  • Wire/hook ground stakes

Warranty Procedure

To start your warranty repair, please send us an email at info@monspeakix.com with "RMA Repair Request" in the subject line, proof of purchase, a brief description and photo images of the repair needed. Once we review and warranty repair justified, we will issue an RMA, please print and include RMA inside the shipping box with the products being returned to not delay the processing of your repair. In all instances our Authorized Repair partners will evaluate the repair needed upon receipt of the product and will notify the customer of final determination if the repair is covered/not covered under the warranty.

Both for hygiene reasons and protection of the repair equipment, the product must be sent dry, free and clean of debris and dirt. We reserve the right to return dirty tents without effecting any repairs. This policy steps are strictly followed and without exception.

With the RMA authorization, you will be advised to ship the tent to one of the Mons Peak IX authorized repair partners (see below) closest to you. Please DO NOT ship the whole tent – ship only the component or item needing repair. Shipping packages for repair must be prepaid, trackable and insured by the original owners; and Mons Peak IX will bear the cost of returning the repaired tent back to the owners.

Although, Mons Peak IX or their designee will make every effort to turnaround the product back quickly, the inspection, repair and return can take few days or weeks after we receive your product depending on the time of the year. You will be advised of the repair return time.
